Levene Fine Art, Ltd., an Internationally recognized Jasper Johns and Andy Warhol authority and Fine Art Advisory, has three decades multifaceted fine art experience including perspective as art dealer, online gallery, fine art executive and art collector. Backed by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd.'s expertise and reputation as a leading secondary market art dealer, all works of art offered and sold are
guaranteed for authenticity. All works of art sold by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd., are subject to prior sale and availability without notice.
Copyright
The copyrights of all works of art offered and sold belongs to the respective artist or estate.
By Appointment Only
Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd., is located in New York, we are open by appointment only.
New York State Sales Tax
Unless exempt by law, New York State sales tax is due and collected for all works of art dispatched and/or delivered within New York State. New York State law requires that we charge Sales Tax on the full amount due, including shipping and handling.
Transit Insurance
All works of art sold are fully insured during transit from dispatch until receipt from FedEx. In the unlikely event of damage, loss, or non-delivery, transit insurance will cover the item door-to-door. Post delivery, once the work of art has been delivered and received by the purchaser, it is no longer insured by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. and therefore the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Domestic Shipping
In the United States, all works are dispatched with signature confirmation for security. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.
International Shipping
For overseas shipments, works are dispatched with signature confirmation for security. Dispatch occurs within one business day of receiving cleared payment in full.
Professional Packing & Tracking
All works are professionally packed, and a tracking number is emailed upon dispatch. We request that all purchasers include a phone number for the airway bill.
Return & Refund Policy
All sales made by Joseph K. Levene Fine Art, Ltd. are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges can be claimed unless the respective item is proven defective at the time of receipt and/or the respective item purchased is materially different from its description.
Inspection and Claims Process
Buyers must thoroughly inspect all items upon receipt. If the purchased item is damaged during transit:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt

Retain Packing Materials
Preserve and retain all original packing materials.
Provide Evidence
Email detailed photographs of the purported damage and detailed photographs of the packing materials to info@josephklevenefineartltd.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Failure to notify us within 24 hours and failure to retain the original packing materials forfeits the ability to request resolution.
Privacy Policy
All josephklevenefineartltd.com client Information and transactions are confidential and will not be sold, traded or rented to any third party.
